Terms : By clicking "I submit this Credit Application," I: 1) certify that the information in this application is complete and correct and that it is my intent to submit a credit application to TEXAS AUTO CENTER for the purpose of obtaining vehicle financing; 2) authorize TEXAS AUTO CENTER and its affiliates, agents, and service providers (collectively referred to as "TEXAS AUTO CENTER") to begin a credit investigation, including obtaining my consumer credit report from one or more credit reporting agencies, and to gather employment history as it considers necessary and appropriate, and agree that anyone receiving a copy of this credit application is authorized to provide TEXAS AUTO CENTER with such information; 3) authorize TEXAS AUTO CENTER to release information about its credit experience with me; 4) understand that TEXAS AUTO CENTER will retain this application whether or not it is approved, and that it is my responsibility to notify TEXAS AUTO CENTER of any change of name, address, or employment; 5) consent that TEXAS AUTO CENTER, at its option, forward or otherwise allow access to this application (including the credit report and any updates or additions) to potential lenders, financial institutions, or other third parties in order to process the application; 6) certify that I am a resident of the State of Texas and have provided my primary residence address in Texas; 7) have read and understand your Consumer Privacy Notice and Electronic Disclosure Notice; and 8) agree that if an account is created for me, all of the following will also apply: (a)TEXAS AUTO CENTER and any subsequent creditor to which it may assign my account may monitor and record telephone calls regarding my account to assure the quality of service or for other reasons; (b) I consent to TEXAS AUTO CENTER and any subsequent creditor to which it may assign my account using prerecorded/artificial voice messages, text messages, and/or automatic dialing equipment while servicing or collecting my account, as the law allows; (c) I agree that you may take these actions using the telephone number(s) that I provide in this credit application, telephone numbers that I may provide in the future, or you get from another source, even if the number is for a mobile telephone and/or your using the number results in charges to me; (d) I consent that TEXAS AUTO CENTER and any subsequent creditor to which it may assign my account may contact me via my phone number, email address, or any other contact information that I have provided or may provide to you in the future.
